❥ Deposits are Non-Refundable. ❥ If 48 hours notice or more is given, you may use your deposit to reschedule to a new date within a 30-day period. Cancellations made within 48 hours or less will result in total loss of deposit. ❥ No Shows or Same-Day Cancellations will result in total loss of deposit as well as needing to pay the full remaining fee. ❥ In the unlikely case of me needing to cancel our appointment, your deposit will be refunded to you ASAP or you can choose to reschedule your appointment to a new date within a 90-day period.

I do not have any plans to tour anywhere in the near future and am only available to meet in Sydney.

There are two main reasons I may not respond. ❥ Your enquiry may have been too vague or lacked information. ❥ I was away from work during the time of your contact or I was unavailable on the date you requested. If you have sent a conscise enquiry and didn't receive a response either of these will likely be the case, if so feel free to text/email "Bump" or send through an additional enquiry at a later date.
